Online Library Card

We want to help our community keep entertained and informed to pass the time while they are safe at home.

To help facilitate this, we have temporarily removed the standard requirements for setting up a library card. You do not need to provide proof of identity at this time, however, you will need to visit the library once we re-open and provide identification before you can borrow any physical materials from the library.

Please fill in the following form, or email your name, address and phone number to Tammie at ceo@madocpubliclibrary.ca. Your account will be set up as soon as possible, and your new card number will be sent via email.

Please provide your full physical and mailing address.
If you are a member of Marmora & Lake, Stirling-Rawdon, or Tweed Public Library, you can join Madoc Public Library as part of our reciprocal agreement.
Please enter your card number if you are from a reciprocating library.

Once you have your number, you can access all of our available resources on the library website, including ebooks and audiobooks.

You will need to show proof of identification and address before borrowing physical items from the library.
