Meeting Room

The lower level of the Library building is available for rental as a meeting space. PLEASE NOTE:  The space is unavailable for rental every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, as well as Tuesday afternoons due to existing bookings.  Please reach out to the library regarding availability during other times.

Registered Non-Profit Agencies
$10 -1 hour
$20 – 2 hours
$25 – half day (2-4 hours)
$50 –  full day

Events/Parties/For-Profit
$15 – 1 hour
$25 – 2 hours
$50  –  half day (2-4 hours)
$100 – full day

Library Tables and Archive Room

Tables in the Cultural Centre and in the Main Library may be booked during open hours for small groups, exam proctoring, and tutoring/mentoring sessions.  The Archive Room can also be booked for private one-on-one meetings. There is no cost for this service. Please provide staff with advance notice so your needs can be accommodated.
