Computer Assistance

We understand that not everyone is a computer expert, and it can be very frustrating when you need to go online to fill out a form or application.  Library Staff and Volunteers will help you find the right form, and offer assistance if you experience difficulties while filling it in.

Tired of searching Google for hours on end, only to come up empty-handed?  We’ll help you narrow down your search to get the results you need, and we’ll make sure they come from a reliable source.

We will also assist with set up of Overdrive on your tablet or other personal device, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Need more in-depth assistance? We offer one-on-one computer lessons to cover all of these challenges, along with general email, internet, and social media.

Please call in advance if you know you require assistance, so we can make sure a Staff Member is available.

TextbookExam Proctoring

This service is provided free of charge.   An appointment will be made for a time that is acceptable to the student, teacher, and the Staff Member who will Proctor the test.

The student is responsible for any costs incurred for mailing the completed test.   If requested, a copy will be scanned and sent to the teacher via email.

BookReader’s Advisory and Reference

Staff Members and Volunteers are always happy to offer advice on a new title or author to try, what book comes next in a series, and where to find the information you need.
